BOOKING PROCESS
1. Passport Submission : Send a copy of your passport with at least 6 months validity remaining before the departure date.
2. Initial Deposit : Make an initial deposit of ₱30,000 to reserve your slot. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-rebookable.
3. Schengen Visa Preparation : Prepare the necessary documents for the Schengen Visa, to be applied for 90 days before the departure date.
4. Visa Denial Policy : In case of visa denial, only 45% of the deposit will be refunded.
5. Full Payment : The full payment must be made 45 days before the departure date. Failure to do so will result in the regular tour rate being applied (approximately an additional ₱10,000~₱15,000).
6. Pre-departure Orientation: Attend the pre-departure orientation 14 days before the departure date.
7. Booking Confirmation: Kindly sign the Conforme on the last page to confirm your booking.
Important Note: A surcharge or fare difference may apply if the EURO price increases prior to full payment.
